Panta Bhat (পান্তা ভাত in Bengali) or Pazhedhu saadham (பாழெது சாதம் in Tamil) is a basically fermented rice prepared by soaking rice overnight in water. It is a great source of minerals i.e. iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium along with vitamin B12 and more. It helps to improve haemoglobin and also reduces fatigue because of its high iron and vitamin B12 concentration.
